Hi,

I saw your stand at the recent Fitness Expo in Stdney and i am keen to get some kettlebells. I am currently a personal trainer so i'm pretty fit. What should i buy to start with? Are the starter packs for beginners with no fitness?

Also can i call directly to speak to someone a bit more about the kettlebells in general. I am interested in possibly incorporating them into my personal training work.

Cheers

P.S Nice website!

Get a male starter pack. The DVD will show you the basics and how to advance various drills. For a thorough understanding you may need the 'Russian Kettlebell Challenge' book also.
A 16 kg kettlebell is what most men start with. It is heavy enough to promote good form , but not excessive to make it dangerous.

I have been using them with many of my clients- they all love using them and have been enjoying great results.

If you like to discuss this further, you can contact me on :0412 545 351

Thanks,
Rick.
