since getting my kettle bell i have experienced huge gains. I used to be able to do a one snatch max of 75lbs. Over the past 2 months i am now up to 110lbs. I have been doing cleans, one and two arm swings and one arm snatches with my 24kg KB. Its getting very very light any chance of a 64kg one on the horizon?

Great to hear your making such progress.
If your finding that one too light, we have 28,32,40's available. To increase the intensity you can also do double drills, extended snatches, dead snatches, soap up the handle, change speed of movement, etc.

its hard to tell as a recently changed technique but it has imporved my general well being and power. My throwing is easier and i dont feel as sore after training.
