Hi Rick - Last week I ordered the "Starter Kit" from you as part of a plan to resurect my training, which has effectively been non existent for the last couple of years - and quite "stale" for many years before that.

James Elliott recommended I look at CrossFit and KB's and suggested I contact you - which has turned out to be a great piece of advice.

I have been doing a modified (read "easier") version of the WOD for the last week, easing into regular training again and am looking forward to introducing the KB once it arrives.

I am certain I will have some questions later but for now I just wanted to introduce myself. David

Hey mate!

Good to see you in the forum. Wait till you start mixing the Kb into the crossift WODs, sticking with the swing for a while will be enough to feel like youve run the 400m twice.

A good one is the 21-15-9 of snatch and pull-ups. Subbing the snatch with swings would be a good way to work them in for now. You can break the sets into 3s, ie 7-7-7-5-5-5-3-3-3 to keep good form.

the next convertee will be Emily, Im still working on Jasmin...slowly but surely ;)
