i know all you guys are probably really toned and got lots of muscle but i thought id just share my progress so far!
i started using kettlebells in late september and now the start of december i have lost around 5kg's and lost quite a bit of fat around my body. just from using kettlebells bit of stationary bike and sort of eating right! i could have lost a bit more if i ate right! oh well.
and i feel alot fitter!
just thought i'd post a pic from the 15th of october and the second one is 1st december.
i know i got a fair way to go before i look like you guys! but ill get there!

Nice work Daniel, you've made some good progress, and before and after shots are a great motivational tool, it's really satisfying to see the change. I took some waaaay back in April - might be time for another batch soon.

And comparing yourself to everyone else can be a fruitless exercise - the only person you need to compete against is yourself. If today you make yourself better than yesterday, then its been a good day. Of course it's always good to have some competition to egg you on!!

Well done mate! Definetly some more size in your shoulders and arms. also better torso.

focus on function and form will follow. keep up the good work!
