Will - I'm well acquainted with the pain and suffering depicted on Andrey's site! It is inspiring but daunting. Very hard to concentrate on GS if you have crossfit tendencies but the challenge for me is to be as good as I can be at a technically and mentally demanding aspect of kettlebelling. Plus , it's kind of an exclusive club in Oz and I tend towards eccentric pursuits.

Andrey's products are pretty good if a little pricey...but everyone's got to make a living. His encylopaedia of KB lifting is a nice addition showing all the variations...check out my review. It's a bit "home made" but to me that adds to the appeal. hey , it's Russian ; the real deal.
