Before: Taken roughly in late April 2005 - note the gut that appers to be holding the dog up, and slight stoop, or spine mis-shape. Consistent pain in my middle/upper back from an old injury from moving rocks while landscaping. In pretty average condition, even though I had been swimming regularly. I was looking like this up until around Sept/Oct.

After: Feeling the strongest I have in years - back is flat & straight, right to the top of my neck. No sign of recurring back problem. With KB workouts every second day, alternating with one of cycling (mountain bike), trail running, lap swimming, and other odds and ends. I have used Kettlebells for 3 months only (as I recall). Every second KB routine is grinds, alternation with cardio like 10min KB snatch test or similar.

The thing I think I truly love about KB's (and crossfit type training) is the lack of structure - and keeping things fun, and with work completed being driven by me is what has gotten me this far. Ill post another pic after the next 3 months KB use. I am moving into more CF progs now.
Just quietly, I also don't mind the feeling I get when I am (at least I feel) so much fitter & stronger than those around me :) - confidence building stuff.
Time for my Monday cardio set.....
Cheers
