If an athlete of the calibre of Frank Shamrock has such postive things to say about kettlebell training, after actually putting them through the test, well thats really something. It just goes to show we are really onto something here!! Not that we needed any proof or confirmation. It sure is good to hear though coming from such an athlete!!!!
