As my training log is getting abit long its hard to track my PBs.
So i have started this to track my own PBs and goals.
Current goals for Feb 2007
DL 200kg
Fran under 5min
close BBSM gripper
Front Squat: 100kg
Back squat: 130kg (Approx double bodyweight)
15 consectutive ring muscle-ups
MIlitary press 32kg KB 5 reps
Bench press 100kg
Current Personal Bests:
Dead Lift: 170kg (18/3/06)
2" thickbar Deadlift 117kg (15/4/06)
One hand Deadlift (hook) 100kg (15/4/06
