Todays "The West Australian" carried an article called "Why I...Lift Kettlebells" by Matt Taylor - Electrician.
To quote Matt " I've tried a few things over the years-weights and running as well as seeing the physiotherapist and chiropractor. The physio and chiro were helpful but i like the idea of helping my back problems by being fit and strong"
"I read about kettlebells in a magazine - i think they originated in Russia - and i ordered them over the phone thinking they might be good for my back. It came with a book and a dvd explaining how to use them"
Matt goes on to explain how KB's have helped him alleviate his neck, back and shoulder pain. It also gave your web address.
Another win for KB's and great to see them get some more publicity in mainstream press. I think this is probably the third article i have seen on KB's in West oz newspapers in the last 6 - 9 months.
Now i also have an alterior motive for this post  Along with all this positive publicity i'm sure the good folk of WA would love to have some accredited instructors to instruct them in the safe use of KB's so that they too can experience the fantastic benefits of KB's.
Any news on a Perth date yet?
:)
