Greetings comrades !

I stumbled across this website through Google and here's Andrey selling some kettlebell programs including a software/video package. Anyone heard/used this ?

This is a funky but be warned , low tech and grainy video clip program. It doesn't show all the listed exercises and with some effort could be made really slick...but Andrey is , like most Russians on a tight budget. Good on him for having a go at this kind of thing.

I use the program for time to time just to reinforce the correct groove of various movements.
