Essendon has just recently purchased a whole range of our kettlebells. What makes it even a bigger endoresment, is they contacted us!
John Quinn (Head Fitness Coach) is also keen to get us down for a workshop with the players and/or fitness staff.
Should be interesting- I'll keep you posted.
Bit about John Quinn:
John Quinn was appointed as the head fitness coach at Essendon Football Club in 1999. In a revolutionary move, Essendon appointed Quinn who had no prior involvement in football. Quinn had been heavily involved in athletics for his career - he was head coach of track and field at the Tasmania Institute of Sport during 1997-1998. In his time at the club Quinn has been renowned for his training techniques. Heading into the 2006 season, Quinn is confident about how the pre-season has progressed and has worked particularly hard on the running fitness and body development of the team.
