You'd think blokes have a problem with bone density too , given all the unsolicited emails peddling Viagra... :lol:
Yoga is good btw...just not riddled with mysticism etc etc. I use it often , well , I suppose it is "relaxed stretching" for me and it resets the body to a neutral point. Without it I wouldn't be up to training every 2nd day. You young fellas will find it a gift too once your wrecked joints start to give you the yips. Lots of top he-man sports clubs are using it. Ommm..................

Long time no hear Champ, but thats understandable!
It would help if the females would get off their fat arses & done some kind of physical activities instead of doing nothing. Then & only then, they may/will/would have a nice body for us guys to look at & they would/will also feel so much better about themselves!
I've caught onto the Tibetan 5 Rites. These are yoga moves practised by monks which they have discovered through time & effort many 1000's of years ago to renergize the body correcting our bodies hormones which control our aging & increasing back strength & flexibility.
Yeah right, it's bullshit... Hey don't knock what you haven't tried.
Once my intercoastal tear fixes itself, im back into training!
