Here's what my training partner Phil Kourbatski has experienced of late. I've seen this first hand.....

[i]I am absolutely thrilled to recommend the Inside-Out DVD to absolutely everyone who lifts weights. My own experience with the exercises from this DVD is very significant.
About 10 month ago I picked up a very nasty shoulder injury. Progressively it was going from bad to worse despite numerous visits to doctors, physiotherapists, even Active Release technique specialists. I was even told by one of the most authoritative shoulder specialists in Australia that I would never be able to lift again and the condition of my shoulder was the worst she has ever seen. The MRI scanner showed that I had torn labrum, partially toned supraspinatus and infraspinatus rotator cuff muscles, which gave me incredible pain in many movements and especially any sort of pressing movement.

I did not give up though. I have been reading every possible book I could find on the subject in order to find the cure for my shoulder.

Shit, thats f'ing amazing Phil!!!

I remember when you were over in Perth & I saw first hand that you couldn't lift your arm above your head.

Well done.

It also amazes me that at times, we don't need the specialists out there to fix our problems. The trouble is the long task of finding the actual problem & then fixing it. Search, search & then search some more.

I haven't been able to use either mobility dvds yet, sorry Rick, have been busy & my freinds keep taking them to copy.

Another endorsement for this DVD:

I was doing a workout (on Tuesday) and I lost the tension in my back as I was lowering the weight and I tweaked the spinal flexors real good (my lats were firing in sympathy and I could only take shallow breaths).

I bought the DVD off Rick and (funnily enough received it the day I injured myself) but did not have a chance to watch it. I was in agony all yesterday and today and finally had a look at the DVD this evening.

I decided to try the first exercise (using a foam roller) as they described it on the disc and my back clicked back into place. I'm still not 100%, but I can now stand up without letting of four letter expletives.

Source Mike Robertson's website:

"Thanks guys! After years of baseball related shoulder abuse, I had pretty much resigned myself to the fact that my days of heavy pressing we pretty much over. I purchased Inside-Out as a 'last ditch' effort to avoid throwing in the towel on virtually all heavy upper-body pushing movements. After a couple months of integrating your suggested exercises and the shoulder pain that I was getting Active Release treatments on is non-existent and heavy presses are no longer off limits. Not only will I be recommending Inside-Out to all my fellow fitness professionals, but to all my fellow washed up baseball players as well."
