Hi guys,
Just wanted to write a few words here about this DVD. Rick recommended it as a great warmup prior to exercise and as a program that will help me with my lower back recovery. I've been doing the basic exercises only for a few weeks before my workouts and my lower back feels fantastic and i no longer get aches and pains during exercise. I have also uncovered some imbalances in my body, which the exercises will fix in the long run.
