i decided id try a diff style of training and to keep myself motivated im going to post my numbers after every workout. i will be working out on mon-wed-fri and starting out really basic witth only a few kettlebell exercises, with light kettlebells and working my way up 1st week will be with 16kg usually use 24 and 32 for most things and screw around with my 40 sometimes for something different
basic exercises
*clean and press
*one arm swings
*one arm row
*one arm snatch
ill see how many sets of 5 i can do for each exercise until i can do 20 sets with each arm then i will move onto next weight 16 then 24 then 32 then 40...
im going to see how far i get in 6 weeks...

monday was really slack was dehydratede from work
did 5x12 left and right clean and press with 16kg
5x8 snatches with 16kg
5x5 clean with 40kg
3x5 row with 40kg
skipping for 5min was still stiff from not stretching
a clean and jerk left and right with 40kg
5x windmill each side
10x5 swings with 24kg
