Found a great historical look at the use of indian clubs. Its a book from 1886 that has been provided for free, includes history and many exercises, interesting read. You have to get to section 3 before you find the exercises.

arent dvds so much easier to follow though? you need to be an angineer to follow some of those descriptions :)
