Hi
Would be interested in hearing how others are using their clubs

My goals are GPP with minimalist tools (KB, powerclubs, body weight ex).

Im using mine with KBs on my exercise days (MWSat) with C&J, Pull ups & Sna\Swi and after a few sets onto club swipes and mills. Tues\Sun (& sometimes Thurs) I do a short set of FSq with 2KBs and a short press set (eg bottom up press) then a few swipes, mills and various other club movements. Tues\Sun\Thurs is meant to be active recovery and a bit of practise at tension using KBs (always well clear of failure).

The clubs seem to fit in well with this regime. Grip and upper torso strength has improved- interestingly my pullups have started to go up having stalled for a while last year. Early on I uncovered a weakness in one ankle doing the swipes. I started using 4kgs with swipes\mills before christmas and am now using 8s.

PS Time to tweak my KB exercise (MWSat). This week is a light week. Have been doing Goerner's chain (ie Snatch-Press-Clean-Darc swing, repeat) and I might try putting this into my next cycle. It has a good feel.

Used to mix them up but train with clubs and kbs separately, most of the time now. Usually always work the clubs in a circuit which includes swipes, mills and pahlavani style swings around the head and over the shoulder which seems to work chest, back, shoulders, arms and even midsection well. I'll occasionally do crucifixes and weaver style lifts etc, but I focus more on *swinging* the clubs

I've been using the ones at my gym mostly to do shoulder stablisation stuff. So i do shield casts and just slow rotation work. My shoulders feel really reliable (best way to put it) since using these.

I have used them for swings but it can be dangerous in a busy gym!

I've been using clubs for about 8 months and my shoulders has improved dramatically as a result. I can now bench press after about 3 years off.

Favorite exercise is Mills both directions, also swipes and a few others that I'm not sure what they're called.

I also use clubs for walking rotational lunges. These are awesome and very tough.

I use 2's 4's 6's and 8's for all the exercises. Ready for 10's.

Good to hear Andrew. Nothing better than rehabbing an injury yourself.
