So I've been training with kettlebells fairly regularly for about 3 months, (when I acquired the 24kg after many months of being a slack bastard and not using my 16kg) Here goes!



Friday 9th May 2008
One arm swings 24kg 10R 10L 4 sets
Get Ups 24kg 5L 5R 2 sets, 32kg 2L 2R 2 sets
10 minute Snatch test 24kg 130. 15R 15L then 10R 10L up to 130, continued with snatches up to 210. (middle finger calluses going crazy!)
Double clean and press 24kg 6L 6R 3 sets
Jerk 32kg with slow let down 3L 3R 3 sets
Windmills 24kg 4L 4R 3 sets

Saturday 10th May 2008
Went to Gym (hands in no state to do bells!)

Pull Up leg raises 10 x 3 sets
