Kettlebells are an amazing training tool. Not only do they improve health, fitness and strength, they also help to injury proof your body!
After a serious lower back injuy, I feared I would never be able to train effectively again. So after conducting a bit of research. I decided to give kettlebells a try. Using kettlebells, I successfully rehabilitated myself and now five years on, they have helped me to become fitter, stronger and healthier than ever.
