It sure seems the "tale of the tape" saying can apply to KB training.
As a self confessed semi couch potato, other than the $700 treadmill that the kids love & I grew to loath! I can surely provide a great testimonial.
After starting KB training seriously after Christmas and in this time having 3 weeks off for a minor surgery. Under the guidance of Dave Tabain & Mark Elliot my results have been amazing.
As usual we were "asked politely" to provide our body measurements which were as follows:
By the way i am a 35 yo female BW 75kg, height 164cm.

Waist - 102 cm,Hips - 112 cm. After measuring last night Waist - 80, Hips - 96cm.

PB deadlift 80kg, jump pressing 16kg both arms, snatch 16kg, racking 24kg.

A true testimant

Since the 3 weeks since last post have improved to pressing a 20 kg on both left (with a little help) & right and also snatching a 20 left & right. Also swinging a 20, not for long approx 15 swings.
Next goal double press a 20 !!!
