Hi All
We have a good turnout this weekend for the comp. There are 7 of us all up. We are meeting at 0900 Saturday AM, Should be a good day. Our training has tapered off this week for some good recovery. The guys are competing with the 16's, 24;s and the girls with the 12's. All of us are doing the LCCJ. A mixture of one arm and two arms. Good luck to all who are competing.
