Does anyone know when the next comp is? I like the idea of training towards a comp, etc.
Also, to the Melbourne Baths guys, would I be able to join you on comp days?
I'm pretty keen, I've managed to get my first pair of prograde bells, and a pair of weightlifting shoes, so I'm getting set up now. I'm focussing on LCCJ with the 16's and are training to get 80+ reps at the next comp / max rep test. I guess there is a max reps for the LCCJ, and then you move up a weight, probably around 90-100 reps! Although, the move up to the 24's is a big one!!!! I've got alot of work to do, I can't even keep them off the floor for 5 minutes at the moment!
