I've just bought some kettle bells awaiting the courier.

Thought i'd make a log to try and suss out what everyone can suggest for strength & variety.

I love to lift, started off bodybuilding then powerlifting and some crossfit/pit.





Monday

Chest

Bench
1 x 60kg 1 x 80kg 1 x 100kg 1 x 100kg 1 x 110kg 5 sets 10 reps 60 seconds rest, 90 between 100kg to 110kg

Incline DB
1 x 30kg 1 x 35kg 1 x 40kg 1 x 45kg 1 x 50kg 5 sets 10 reps 60 seconds rest, 90 between 45kg to 50kg

Dips
bodyweight x 30, bodyweight x 30, 10kg x 20, 20kg x 20 4 sets, I get soft at this point

Back

Bent over rows BB
1 x 60kg 1 x 80kg 1 x 80 1 x 100, 4 sets 10 reps, 60 seconds rest

Back extension
1 x 20kg, 1 x 40kg, 1 x 50kg, 1 x 60kg, 4 sets, 20 reps, 60 seconds rest, 90 between 50 to 60kg

Kip ups

bodyweight x 20, bodyweight x 20, 10kg x 20, 15kg x 20, 60 seconds rest, 90 between 15kg to 20kg

Medicine ball toss and catch

5kg, 5kg, 10kg, 10kg, 4 sets, 15 reps, 60 seconds rest

Floor Side Swipes

bodyweight, 20kg, 40kg, 60kg, 10 each side, 90 seconds rest

Alternate situps

3 sets, 20 reps

Box jumps

bodyweight, bodyweight, 5kg, 10kg, 4 sets 30 reps 90 seconds rest

Medicine ball swings, i'm too pumped and can't wait for my KB's

10kg, 4 sets, 10 per arm, 60 seconds rest -
How high am I suppose to swing ?

Hamstrings a little sore after today.
