recently i managed to do 45 push presses per arm in 6 mins and i was pretty close to failur at at that point
today because my hands were wrecked from snatches
i thought i would drop the reps to 10 per min and change sides and see how close i can get to 20 mins
well i made it and right now i can barely type as left wrist is still lactic acid.
200 reps 20 mins 16kg push press 100 reps an arm
it really started getting hard around the 14 min mark. kudos to those who can do it with 32kg bells.
