Cate Imes has made my life easier by taking the time to make some videos showing acceptable competition form...which obviously comes via attention to training. Too often we sacrifice form for reps - partly technque, and partly an ego thing - in a sport where max reps wins.

But in a comp , a bad rep doesn't count. Repeating a rep is energy wasted , and bad reps can lead to acute or chronic injuries.

Hence , time invested using light to optimal weight bells is well rewarded in the medium to long term .

Personally I have made significant progress over the past 2 years by videoing my practise and viewing many sets "through the eyes of a judge".

Let Cate save you lots of trial and error.

When you hit good reps , life becomes much simpler! Well , simpler is relative in GS :D I didn't say easy...
