This is my proposed routine to start off with.

Depending on how I go, it might change slightly here and there, but I hope I can manage to perform this, then slowly progress.

Will update after my first attempt.


Stretches/Warm up
2km run/jog
Back/Hip stretches
10 x left arm swings
10 x right arm swings
10 x left arm snatches
10 x right arm snatches
10 x left arm press
10 x right arm press
15 x deck squats
Stretches/Warm down

I managed:

* Stretches/Warm up
* 2.5km run/jog in 14'52".
* Back/Hip stretches
* 10 x deck squats
* 12 x left arm swings
* 13 x right arm swings
* 7 x left arm snatches
* 9 x right arm snatches
* 6 x left arm press
* 7 x right arm press
* 25 Push Ups
* Stretches/Warm down

Boy, that got me sweating. Certainly a different feeling to lifting dumbells!
