Easy week this week to repair shredded hands. Yesterday -

10x no handed 24kg bottoms up TGUs (got to learn to use the core more than upper body strength)

10x 45kg BB TGUs

10 x KB planche (30 sec hold either side)

nothing much else to speak of. Serious stuff begins Wednesday :-)

High raw veagn this month so must be careful to consume enough kJs to fuel workout and recovery. Lost 8kg doing same over Summer (some of which was muscle) by doing such silly things as going for Gung Ho 10km runs in 42 degree heat. Must play smarter this time around
