Hey guys,

jons my name and starting to play around with more GS methodology.

Been KBing for a while but not timed sets.

seeing 109 reps of LCCJ in the 32s shows what this sport can bring out in a human.

Denisov is an animal!

here goes:

tonight

5 min LCCJ 35 reps 24s

3 min 20s jerks 28 reps

other day
5 LCCJ 32s
12 min 20s LCCJ 7rpm 70 total reps

been doing daily chins 11 per day; add 1 rep FN;
PU weighted 5Rm daily too; did 15kg the other day at 5 reps

immediate goal; 50 reps of 24s in 5 min then get to 10 min; ie 100

then eventually 32s.

Deadlift singles 130; 140; 150; 160; 170 half way didnt make it.

LCCJ strength sets 32s

4,2,3,1 reps

2 min 20s LCCJ 10rpm times 2 sets

40 min bike ride

ab wheel 5 reps cooldown
