started off 5 min stretch:)


4 sets of each 16kg (complet all then have rest/repeat)


#1
Exercise Reps
swings- one arm 20
Clean- one arm 15
Shoulder Press- one arm 12
High Pull- one arm 20
Snatch- one arm 20
60sec break between sets
( when finished go to # 2)

#2
Floor Press - one arm 10/3 sets 24kg

Squat curl- one arm 10/3 sets 16kg with superset of tricep extensions in between No breaks

Great i find for a overall body work out with some extra arm building

my tranning was just to stay in shape today ,was sorta a rest day... sorta lol
ended up bein fair gud workout with my gf lol

Warm up
20 halo's
20 Figure 8's


break
20 2hand swings
10 Cleans
break
10 rows each hand
10 dead lifts each leg
break
20 one hand swings
20 dead lifts
break
10 squats
10 lunges
20 one hand swing
break repeat 3 times


Gun holster 10/3 .. ( sorta made it up.. step 1. In the standing postion shoulder with apart feet, Kb to one side bring up using shoulder+bicep to the hip eg gun holster...step 2 like fireing ur gun push in control straight out and hold .. step 3 bring bak to hip. step 3 let arm slow lockout to rest.) you will see the mucles u are working try with a lighter wieght.
20 situps with kettlebell in hand
10 rolling situps

ended up being a gud workout .. was my Gf first time using the KB =D
she loved it
