Hi was just wondering if any1 can help me on this, about 3months or so ago i deeloped what sounded like my right knee poppong in and out, there is absalutly no pain in it what so ever ot only happens when i say squat on that knee (hard 2 xplain what i mean by it as its not your traditional squat just with your leg tucked under with ya butt sitting on it and your other leg out in a 90 degree sorta like tying your shoe lasses kinda way) everytime i do that for any reason and i get up from it the leg that is bent under me (the right) feels like its popps out then quickly back in, i have been to a sports physio and got all cleared for running etc as i suffer no pain from this at all can any1 help me in what this is:confused::confused::confused:
