First STRETCH ,, 5mins
Set your timer watch/clock/gymboss ect for 20mins
Complet following no breaks
i use 16kg
Swing x 10
Clean x 10
High Pull x 10
Snatch x 10
Sounds easy but its not them rest for 6o sec
lay on the floor.
Floor Press 24kg 10 reps 3 sets
Shrug 24kg 20 reps x 2
Great workout for endurance and speed
