Kettlebell Workshop Pack - FAQ
"I have always found conventional training to provide limited results, leaving me feeling slightly disappointed and unmotivated. I have always been looking for that one “truly effective type” of exercise that could improve my flexibility, strength and endurance. In my opinion, Kettlebell Training encompasses all these aspects and it is the fast track to ultimate fitness"

The Workshop Pack has been put together for those wanting something extra with kettlebells. We understand that not everyone likes to learn from DVD's or books. The Workshop Pack offers a cost effective alternative to learning kettlebell exercise while still providing personal and hands on service.
Below are some of the most common questions we get asked about the Workshop Pack.
What do I actually get in the Workshop Pack?
You get one Classic or Pro Grade kettlebell (men 16kg - ladies 8kg), 1 workshop manual and a spot at our three-hour kettlebell workshop.
How does this product differ from the Male and Female Starter Kits?
This product is for those that want to learn effective kettlebell training with a qualified instructor. For this reason we don't include a DVD but provide you with our specialty workshop manual (contains programmes and many exercises) plus a spot at our three-hour kettlebell workshop.
Where do you hold Kettlebell Workshops?
Currently the workshops are held in Melbourne and Perth. We are planning to have them in every major city in the near future.
Workshops are generally held on the first Saturday of each month.
Melbourne location: Australian Kettlebells, 13 Newton St Richmond
Perth location: Belmont Leisure Centre, Cnr Abernethy and Alexander Rds
Belmont
Who runs the kettlebell workshops?
Only qualified AKI's run these workshops. These guys are the best kettlebell trainers in the country and have all the necessary skill, knowledge, qualifications and insurance.
How do I book?
The easiest way to book is to do so online. Go to our
kettlebell or
Pro Grade kettlebell product page and select either the Male or Female Workshop Pack. You can choose the specific date and time you wish to attend the workshop during the checkout process.
What if I need to alter the time after I've made a booking?
No worries. Let us know and we'll change your time to a date that suits.
Are there any other options other than workshops?
Yes. If you want one on one personal kettlebell training then contact a qualified
kettlebell instructor near you. If this sounds like you
purchase a kettlebell separately and then make contact with an AKI.
How long until I receive my kettlebell and manual?
In most cases you'll receive your kettlebell within 7-10 days. Our orders are processed and shipped each Wednesday and it's rare for it to take longer than 10 days. You will receive your manual on the day of your workshop.
Do I need to be familiar with my kettlebell before choosing a workshop?
It doesn't really matter. Our staff are fully trained in dealing with beginners right through to advanced users. It would be best to wait till the workshop and learn how to lift properly before you get into bad habits.
Do I need to bring my kettlebell to the workshop?
We encourage you to do so, though we do have kettlebells for use on the day. We do ask that you notify us if you DO NOT intend to bring your kettlebell.
What do I need to bring on the day?
We suggest you bring suitable workout gear (including a towel), a pen and some water.
