Power Club Testimonials
The following tesimonials come from our customers that are thrilled with the performance of the Power Clubs
Power Clubs are the "Holy Grail" for shoulder rehabilitation specialists. They
represent the key link between injury rehabilitation and unrestricted
sporting return.
The Power Club is the single best tool for shoulder strength
that exists. Whatever sport you pursue, if it involves your shoulders then
Power Clubs will give you the edge over your competition and "Bulletproof "
your shoulders against non-traumatic shoulder injury.
Clubbell training is not easy, it takes training and time to learn and apply. Remember Clubbell
Sport was an Olympic Sport in the early 20th Century, and it has been the
choice training tool of many of histories greatest strength athletes.
I've spent 20 years in weight-training and sports medicine and Power Clubs are the
tool I use to take my athletes back to the top of their sport.

A single 10kg Power Club put 20kg on my bench in less than a month. Can't wait to set my hands on the 15 and 20kg clubs and start moving some real big weights.

Hi guys, I have already a pair of 10kg Power Clubs (Clubbells) and just ordered a pair of 4kg Power Clubs. These are absoulty brilliant!
Be mindfull of the fact that only certain routines can be performed depending on the weight of the Power Clubs in line with your strength. My 10kg's are excellent for shoulder and circular strength. The reason why I have just ordered my 4kg's is that routines with this lesser weight will strengthen my wrists and forearms.
I am a semi-professional drummer in Perth and this will assist immensley in my playing in terms of speed and agility.
