There are dozens of exercises featured in the eBook, allowing you to target any muscle group. By tailoring programs to individual needs, one can develop any or all components of fitness: strength, speed, aerobic capacity, flexibility, coordination, balance, endurance and agility.

The animations shown here demonstrate just some of the exercises that can be quickly mastered with kettlebells. Once again we stress the importance of following the correct techniques.
