Bands are a critical part of the Monkey Gym method: they are incredibly versatile; can be used to unload body weight (perfect for women learning how to chin, for example); can be used to change force curves (think DL or even pushups; we have a YT clip that shows how to use a purple band around the hands and shoulders to make the humble pushup a *very* challenging exercise); and for sprints/accelerations, and so on.

Rick's team is always responsive, shipping is fast, and accounting meticulous—what's not to like? :)

awesome for unilateral bodyweight
awesome product, great for developing the one-arm handstand pushup, the one-arm pullups, the one-leg lunges, full planches, front levers, muscle-ups etc

I travel at lot for work, so I need something which is light weight and versatile. These Power Bands are brilliant!
The resistances on the big ones are so strong that I can get a strength workout in anywhere. I highly recommend them. So simple yet so effective.

I bought the bands to use as an adjunct to my olympic style weightlifting and also to help rehab a shoulder problem and for both situations they have proved to be very effective. Using the large bands(black) for speed squats has really improved my strength and speed at the second pull portion of the lifts. I would have no hesitation in recommending these bands to anybody.

Bulk movements (over 5kg)

• Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide
• Delivery within 2 days to Brisbane
• Delivery within 3 days to Perth

Locations outside capital cities will take an extra day or two.

Shipping Policy

It is a condition of shipping that goods can be left at location if no person is available at the time of delivery. If goods can't be left at location they will be taken back to the nearest depot.
