Fantastic piece of equipment I have previously purchased 3 other kettlebells a 16kg, 24kg, 36kg and they are still giving me great benefits. But recently purchased a 48kg Beast, and I do have to say it is going to take me a LONG........... time to work up to it. It already has shown me that I have to respect it
