Another Step Up I owe a great deal over the last 18 months to the kettlebells bought from you blokes.
Each time I've stepped up, especially from 32->48 and then from the 48->this monster .. The strength gains have been evident within DAYS!
Along with making some wiser choices about food (basically not eating after dinner), using my range of bells (24, 32, 48, 64) in a range of routines, I've so far dropped 10kegs (from 134 to 124).
Amazing stuff. This 64 bell is just fantastic.

i love looking at it beside my 32's- it keeps me very humble! but its great fun and i personally enjoy using it for swings compared to using double 32's. (haha- and yes- 2 handed swings are all im using it for atm!)
