“The Aqua Bag is one of my favourite supplementary training tools. The instability of the Aqua Bag means it works your core and shoulder stabilisers really hard. It’s also great for developing shoulder flexibility and a good overhead lockout position due the the placing of the handles and the fact that the weight sits behind your wrists (much like a kettlebell).

The Aqua Bag is also ideal for travel. I took one overseas for six weeks and used it, in conjunction with bodyweight exercises to keep my conditioning up.
