These are used now by many here in the Monkey Gym, for good reason: they are hard work; they are beautifully unstable, and the models we have (without straps) works the grip a treat.

we have added throwing the devices to each other while standing (so like medicine balls work, but on steroids) and stair walking with both hug, over the shoulder, and overhead grips.

We only 3/4 filled the big slosh ball—less water means less weight, but also means much harder to handle in the instability sense, so we love it.

We 100% endorse these devices. They are extremely well made, and neither has lost a drop of water, and they have been dropped from head height on occasions too!
