Versatile and Compact I purchased this article about 3 weeks ago and I am absolutely LOVING it. It always feels like I am working with a 1-piece KB, it feels safe and the adjustable weight allows me to increase the intensity of the routine I am working on without the need to switch to different equipment. Highly recommend it.

Great Value Pros:
- Great value for what you get i.e. 6 different weights in one package.
- Well built, easy to assemble.
Cons:
- Not suitable for those who want to adjust weights during workouts. Adjusting weights can be fiddly and may interrupt your focus during a workout.
- Weight balance when using 20kg and under affects exercises such as hot potato and juggling due to the weight being focused towards the handle. Cleans, snatches and any exercise that requires you to flip the bell will be affected to a minor degree. Definitely no juggling unless the bell is empty i.e. 12kg.
- My bell's weights are a little off. 11.1kg for an empty bell 14.5kg for 16 and approx 18kg for 20. Not a big deal but if matching with another bell, be aware of possible weight difference.
Summary: Best value for people starting out or people with limited storage space. Not recommended for people serious about KB training due to balance issues at lower weights and weight consistency. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR JUGGLING UNLESS USING EMPTY.

With limited money, space and time, the 32kg adjustable KB ticked every box for me. It's also my first KB and I'm super impressed with it. There's been no free play in it in the month since it was delivered and it's added a whole new dimension to my training. The only thing that could have made it better were if I had the dollars to buy a pair.

Excellent! The adjustable kettlebell is perfect for those with limited space. It is easy to adjust and use.
In addition, the customer service assistance I received was superb! All my questions were answered quickly and I received my order almost instantly. All around, the purchase experience was great.
I highly recommend the adjustable KB.

Great Workout Tool First off, delivery on this was fantastic. Ordered Friday AM, advised Wednesday or Thursday delivery to regional Qld, got it 11am Tuesday! The 'bell is very well packed: in a styrofoam mould, a cardboard box and plastic strapping holding it together.
I was a bit disappointed when I first got it because it rattled and clacked and felt loose, but it turned out the nut hadn't been done up enough. Now I have tightened it up I can do 50 swings and it feels great with no movement or noise! The allen bolt was super tight on mine when I got it. The bolt inside has warped during welding and is slightly to one side making the two halves fit sloppily, but once the allen bolt is tightened the problem goes away.
It is a little bit ratty inside with weld spatter everywhere, but the outside is good and the handle is pretty smooth without being slippery.
It is best to open it outside for the first time, with the loose nut the plates move during transit and a LOT of the surface treatment flakes off and covers you in black dust!

Well constructed and changing the weight load takes no time at all. Would definitely be considering ordering another one in the future. Such a better investment than purchasing a set of varying kettle bells.

All round 5 stars I thought that my kettlebell might arrive a lot later than it did. So straight away I was impressed by the prompt delivery!
The kettlebell then surprised me by being as steady and high quality as it is (it says made in China but that doesn't affect its quality).
Since receiving my adjustable kettlebell (which is by far the most versatile piece of gym equipment I own) I have been thoroughly satisfied.

well constructed and does not hit my wrists. I had doubts before buying it from reading bad reviews on adjustable bells from other companies. very easy to change weights and the weights do not fall out from the bottom when in use. this is a bell for the whole family

This product is fantastic! This product is well constructed and no other adjustable kettlebell that I have seen is as good as this.
To have 7 kettlebells in one is a major money saver and also it is easy to change weights for different exercises.
When I told my friends about it they questioned the movement internally, however, the adjustable kettlebell is solid so long as you use the washer and bolt to secure the plates.
I would recommend this product to anyone who is serious about their kettlebell training and want to increase their kettlebell weight.

Product was better than i thought. It is very stable and very solid. It is a great way of working through different weights and breaking in slowly to the classic range of 24kg and 32kg. At the moment i am working on 20 kgs because i think 24kg is still a little too heavy for me. When i feel comfortable on 20kg i will progress to 24kg. All in all a terrific addition to my "underground" gym. It will not stop me from buying the solid 24kg kettlebell though, i only have two kettlebells including the adjustable , but i will work to four solids and one adjustable so i have tremendous flexibility,especially when ot comes to double hand exercises.

Nice solid construction and a nice finish. This could be your first kettlebell or the one to finish off a complete set of singles or pairs of KBs. For those wanting the ultimate minimalist space arrangement with maximum flexibility - 2 of these by themselves would do it.
If you are travelling this can go with you and you can adjust it up and down for grinds and ballistics. Also you only need to take as much of the weight as you need ie if 28kg is you limit you can unload it to that amount. If its going into a car then it could be strapped inrestrained with a couple of buckled load straps to something solid in the vehicle.
The adjustable kettlebell has a well designed weightbell bottom retention system- just check it has not loosened off before you use it each time. NB Mine never has but then if you dont check you won't know. I like to be sure.
If you live near Melbourne then your best option is to seetry one first hand at Aus Kettlebells and you will appreciate possibilities it opens up.

So I ordered an adjustable Kettlebell from this site about 2 3 months ago
before which i was training on and off with a 16kg kb for about 2 years.
Trouble was i would get strong and the 16 just felt like toy weights so not having a great deal of money I would lose interest. Till I splurged out on an awesome investment the adjustable kettlebell.
So ive moved up to the 24kg configuration on the adjustable doing presses, swings, snatches, tgus and the one legged squat which ive only recently started doing.
I might add weigth in the next few weeks on the pistol which will see the Kb configured in ten kilo format.
And 32 for swings to help sensitise to the weigth.
Overall for me It was a great purchase and has helped me to progress without spending a small fortune.
The only thing was when I first got it was trusting the bolt and allen key.
But really there is no need to worry.
I couldnt recommend it enough for people to train with it.

This is an excellent and very well made product! After searching the web for adjustable kettlebells I found the perfect version in Australia. I bought a 16 kg pro grade bell as well and these two provide me with a variety of options.

I have been using the new adjustable Kettlebell for approximately 2 months now. Out of all the Kettlebells I have purchased from you this one is my favourite. When I first got the bell home I had a bit of movement inside the bell whilst working out.This movement was due to tightening the nut by hand. I used the bell this way for about a week and was not sure if I was happy with what was happening inside. I then pulled out my trusty multipliers from the tool box and re tightened the nut.
What a difference it made, no movement at all. I am very happy with the construction and internal components. It is a safe and reliable training tool. the only thing I would change is the oxygen tank I need to breath out off at the end of my workout!

I don't have the space or the budget for a full rack of kettlebells in my gym, so a pair of the adjustable ones does the job.
By my digital scale the empty bell weighs 12 kg so I don't know where they get the 6.5 kg minimum weight from - and there are 20 kg of plates to fit inside (making the advertised 32 kg max). The top half of the bell is around 6 kg but with that big threaded rod sticking out of it I would not use it for a workout.
One of the pair I bought has a perfect fit between the green and yellow halves of the bell. The other one is a bit loose and rattles no matter how tightly the allen bolt is done up. This is the one for which the allen bolt was loose on arrival and transit seems to have damaged the bell slightly - hence the sloppy fit.
When swinging and lifting at any weight the bell feels like a fixed-mass one, which is great.
These are nice to use and will get a lot of use over the next few years, I am sure.

• Does this have the same feel as using a solid bell?
A: Yes it generally does. Its only when you have one plate inside that it feels slightly different, but that doesn't pose any problems. No one has ever complained about it for the record.

• Does this product come with all the weights up to 32 kg. or do i need to buy extra things.

• Fantastic product, I'm guessing the metal spacers are for use when the 'bell isn't fully loaded?
A: That's correct, when the kettlebell is not fully loaded the spacers allow you to centralize the weight so it behaves more like a standard kettlebell.
• I have a 16 and a 24kg Classic currently and this would fill in some of the weight gaps nicely. If I wanted to use this for double-handed drills with one of my Classics, though, would this be workable? ie, is it ok to mix a pro grade (adjustable or normal) and a classic? Cheers!
A: It wouldn't be ideal. Whilst they may be ther same weight Pro Grade and Classic Kettlebells have very different characteristics.
