These handles make the bands feel like you are using a cable machine, due to the way you hold them instead of the band. They are very light weight and make training more versatile with more options.

These are good, but in some ways I wish they didnt have the knurling as it makes some exercises more uncomfortable( basically any that require the handle to rotate in your hand)
