By virtue of its highly unusual design, the Wrestler’s Bag can be used for a plethora of exercises to target the core, upper body and grip. It can also be used to develop coordination as well as increase joint and shoulder mobility. Many of its signature exercises require swinging and spinning, which means that different movement patterns are united as part of the same exercise.

The Wrestler’s Bag can also be added to your body weight for push-ups, squats, jumps, power crunches, and all kinds of other plyometric exercises. Iron Edge’s Wrestler’s Bag has a soft vinyl cover that contains individually sealed satchels of sand. These are then wrapped in wool. The bags come in sizing that ranges across increments of 5, 8, 12, 17 and 22 kilograms.

Great Conditioning Tool
An amazing workout tool for that raw core power. A must for anyone contemplating entering the 'octagon'. Great as part of a cross training circuit. Warning, the 22 kg bag is not for the faint hearted.

History Repeats
The last time I got this excited about a training product it was nearly a decade ago. The product was called a Kettlebell and Iron Edge has looked after me on my journey with that wonderful piece of equipment. Well, history has just repeated, the Wrestlers Bag is that good a product, not as a competitor to the Kettlebell, but as a compliment. The Wrestlers Bag is simply awesome as a warm up, warm down, overall conditioning or stand alone training tool. The sports training applications are limitless, however for martial arts, wrestlers etc. this product should be viewed as mandatory.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending the location within Australia.

All products when in stock are dispatched daily. The ETA's are as follows:

Express Satchels (under 5kg)

• Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth & Hobart

Bulk movements (over 5kg)

• Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide
• Delivery within 2 days to Brisbane
• Delivery within 3 days to Perth

Note: These are business days.

Locations outside capital cities will take an extra day or two.

Shipping Policy

It is a condition of shipping that goods can be left at location if no person is available at the time of delivery. If goods can't be left at location they will be taken back to the nearest depot. You will need to pick up goods at your convenience. Resending goods will incur extra charges. Please provide shipping directions in space provided during checkout.
