Who else wants to get their hands on the most comprehensive guide to mastering kettlebells?
From: Cameron Where: Australian Kettlebell Headquarters Time: 12.37pm
Steve Cotter knows his stuff. When it comes to kettlebells it may be hard to find anyone in the Western world that has his experience and his knowledge.
I was lucky enough to spend a week with Steve (or Cotts as he became affectionately known) in November 2008. This week took my understanding of kettlebell technique from zero to a level that most people will never know.
The thing that impressed me the most was his dedication and application to the sport he loves. He literally eat, sleeps and breaths kettlebells. Each seminar he gave his all and ensured every participant got the most out of themselves. He wouldn't finish or move on until the group had a deep comprehension of the task at hand.
And this scene repeated itself across the country. Each new seminar Steve would turn up and give 100% in a five-hour gut busting presentation. The dude doesn't get tired, lose concentration, cut corners or give up. He's a true professional.
Best of all he has the knowledge to make you the best you can be. He has trained with the best and knows how to teach. It's fair to say Steve is a coaching champion and can help you,
Become the fittest, strongest and most capabale athlete you can be.
His latest product, The Complete Guide To Kettlebell Lifting, is pure Steve Cotter – comprehensive, professional and all class.
If you're looking for a resource (not just a book) to help you get the most out of your kettlebell training then this is what you're looking for.
Steve has filled a void in the kettlebell market. He has produced the most comprehensive book ever written on the subject. In fact he has over delivered. With 255 pages of colour photos and detailed descriptions, this book will allow you to train every muscle group through every range of motion possible.
It's the only kettlebell book you'll ever need

This book is very far off being complete Hundreds of pages of pretty pictures of some guy doing kettlebells. the ebook kettlebell guide on iron edge has far more information. too many pictures not enough knowledge. i was looking for a book that would expand my knowledge of kettlebells deeply. this book does not acheive that. if you are a beginner you would be better off spending you money getting someone to show you the basic lifts and going from there. side note have not watched the dvd.cant rate it. probably wont.

Not quite a complete guide For the price I expected this book to be a complete guide to kettle bell lifting, but I was disappointed. Apart from clear instructions on technique I assumed there would also be examples of different routines for different levels and body regions explaining when to use what exercise and how intense the workout should be, this book just explains how to do different exercises.

Highly recommended!! I have only started using kettlebells in the last few months and know that with any resistance training it is critical that the correct technique is learnt. This book is a comprehensive manual of 191 different kettlebell exercises. It is presented well with close up photographs of crucial tips and advice. Coupled with the DVD this is a great resource not only for a beginner but any kettlebell enthusiast. I would thoroughly recommend the purchase of this product. Buy it now!!

I've got this book and DVD yesterday. Gotta say I am impressed with the quality - full colour, glossy pages, A4 size. All illustrations are detailed and shown from multiple angles. It includes a very thourough warm-up routine, something other books omit or just gloss over. There are plenty of exercises to last you a long time, though i was primarily interested in descriptions of kettlbells sport lifts.

This is a great book & DvD that coupled with Steve's - "Encyclopedia of Kettlebell lifting" would pretty much fulfill your instructional needs in the world of KB's.
