Iron Edge is going from strength to strength. With an ever expanding clientele we're looking to hire a motivated self starter with an interest in Iron Edge style training to join our sales and customer service team.

We've recently moved to a new premise in Glen Iris VIC incorporating an 800m2 showroom/gym. The position will largely focus on (but certainly not limited to):

• Sales (everything from an individual kettlebell right through to entire gym fitouts)
• Quoting and follow-up via phone and email
• Customer service (within the showroom and via telephone)

We're looking for someone that's capable of dealing with a wide range of clients for their varied needs. The ability to build relationships is key. Our key target market is highly qualified fitness professionals as well as fitness enthusiasts and hence the ideal candidate will be able to articulate themselves in a manner that is suitable to build relationships with these people. Thorough knowledge of kettlebell lifting, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit training and the likes will be looked upon very favourably. In general, a proficient knowledge of our training gear and the principles behind it will be paramount.

Requirements:

• Computer literate - Outlook, Excel (basic)
• Comprehensive writing and communication skills
• Fitness knowledge
