I believe every fitness professional should be issued with this DVD. This DVD is that important. Kettlebell training has impressed me beyond my expectations because as a treating Physiotherapist, the science behind the techniques is as important as the results. Pavel has a degree in Physiology and his applied knowledge makes this DVD a real delight to watch and learn from. This DVD teaches more brilliant concepts than are contained in any exercise course I have ever attended. It teaches the most effective, science and evidenced based, safe techniques for resistance training available. For Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors this is a MUST own DVD. For anyone who deals with coaching or training athletes, and also the general population, this DVD will make you a better professional. I could go on extolling the virtues of this DVD. Let me clearly state - I have trained for over 20 years with resistance equipment, Bench Pressed 225Kgs, Squatted 245Kg and Deadlifted 225Kg. Have just got the Dvd and had a good look at it.
It is very thorough in his descriptions and showing you the exercises and incorporates some good russian humour to go with it.
For a beginner as I am it gives you a good understanding how to start your way on the kettlebell journey.

Comrades! this DVD is without doubt the most entertaining, educational DVD I have seen in years. Pavel's sense of humor combined with fantastic practical knowledge make watching the DVD compulsive viewing.
