Pull-ups are a terrific exercise. They work your grip, arms, abs back at the same time and are the best upper body pulling exercise you can do.

Pull-ups are also a test of manhood. If you can’t pump out a few pull-ups, your mates think differently of you - a bit like having a dead fish handshake or the reputation of skimping on a round of beer.

But here’s the thing.

For us guys (or girls) who are a tad overweight, pull-ups are a nightmare. We simply don’t have the relative strength to pull our weight. So we miss out on the benefits of this exercise. And let me tell you – the lat pull-down machine is not going to cut the mustard!

A solution for those that struggle with chin-ups

FB Pull-Up Bands
I had little pull-up stength and am quite tall, 193cm. The FB bands are fantastic; my goal is to get 20 continuous before I go to the smaller band. All the family have now joined in, so the competition is on!!

Delivery times vary depending the location within Australia.

All products when in stock are dispatched daily. The ETA's are as follows:

Express Satchels (under 5kg)

• Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth & Hobart

Bulk movements (over 5kg)

• Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide
• Delivery within 2 days to Brisbane
• Delivery within 3 days to Perth

Note: These are business days.

Locations outside capital cities will take an extra day or two.

Shipping Policy

It is a condition of shipping that goods can be left at location if no person is available at the time of delivery. If goods can't be left at location they will be taken back to the nearest depot.
