Are they safe?
Like all training there are risks. If you've never trained before, are injured or don't like anything more strenuous than a light walk, then kettlebell training may not be for you. But if you're prepared to step up and experience the kettlebell craze then we recommend that you follow the guidelines (in the DVD) to get started. You'll learn the right way to hold the kettlebell and any safety concerns will be answered. If you have further concerns then please consult your doctor. Bottom line? Kettlebell training is safe and is performed by thousands of women around the world.
Plus, our kettlebells meet the exact standards as recommended by centuries of testing. All of our kettlebells have a 2 1/4 inch spacing in the handle to prevent painful impact on the wrist or elbow (the kettlebell is absorbed on the fleshy part of your forearm), a smooth handle to avoid blisters and the perfect shape and dimensions that give the kettlebell the right balancing. Will I bulk up?

Will it hurt?
Kettlebells will train you differently from what you've done in the past. They really target the big muscle areas of the back, legs, hips and thighs, while simultaneously giving you a cardio workout you're unlikely to forget. Isn't this too hardcore for me?

Fantastic! What a sensational workout you get from these genuine Kettlebells! You must insist on buying only the best quality KB as even a big sports store that stock them aren't the best quality. You can modify any KB workout to suit your needs and still be guaranteed a fantastic workout. Take it from a Personal Trainer that is diagnosed with an underactive Thyroid and desperately needed to find something to consistently challenge the body and strip fat. You won't be disappointed but you will be amazed by how great you'll feel with a functionally strong and lean body :-)

A great tool that's impoving my cycling performance I have been using my kettlebells for about 3 weeks now and really love the fact that I can get a great workout in a minimal amount of time. The kettlebells are great for cyclists as they focus on core strength, upper body strength and work the glutes and hamstrings that are essential for hill climbing. I feel so much stronger already and enjoy my bike riding a whole lot more... even hill climbing is fun!

Being a former Fitness Instructor I am sceptical of the many gimmicks that come onto the market. When I read a detailed article on Kettlebells I immediately recognised a genuine workout that followed professional exercise methods and the body's physiology. I am thrilled with the Kettlebell and in only 3 weeks have seen a definite improvement in my upper body definition and overall strength! I have never seen such quick results from any other training method. It is a total body workout that keeps challenging me to improve my technique, stamina and strength - and it does all this in a compact 50 min session. There is also email backup by the friendly Emily who is ready to give advice and answer any questions you may have about the workout and your progress.I am recommending it to friends and family and they are placing their orders as I write this review. I am very impressed with my kettlebells. The DVD is very good, easy to follow and informative. It is a different type of workout that I am normally used to so completing it my body has become more toned and stronger. I am happy with my kettlebells and would recommend them to anyone keen to develop strength and fitness.

WOW - I read the hype and thought it was just another sales gimmick - I was wrong.
My first use of my 8kg kettlebell was very impressive. I have been going to the gym and using weights for over 2 years, and yet I have never had the same result that I got from the kettlebell. I felt the workout is brilliant and I am happy to stop going to the gym and to continue with kettlebell workouts at times when I am happy to do it. The video is easy to follow and I would recommend this form of exercise to anyone. It is great for releasing stiff muscles and the more I use it, the less pain I am feeling in my knee which has osteoarthritis.

I am very happy with my kettlebell.
I found the DVD good to learn the exersizes and correct technique. I see greater results when I use weights in my fitness routine but enjoy using the kettlebell more than regular weights. I even took my kettlebell to the oval last night for an outdoor workout.
