We ram home the fundamentals. This is the only way you can progress to the harder exercises safely and develop proper technique. Here's the fundamental exercises found in this DVD;
Swing - Also includes the one-arm swing. This exercise teaches you to activate your hips correctly and lays the foundation for many other key drills.
Clean - A classic exercise for developing strong hips and progressing to overhead moves.
Press - Learn to get heavy weights over head safely and efficiently.
Bottom's Up Press - This one is more difficult. You'll increase your grip strength and impress your mates.
Squat - Proper squatting technique is essential in all aspects of life.
Turkish Get Up - Strange name but a killer exercise for bullet proof shoulders and a strong core.
High Pull - Another great exercise for developing and strong back and hips and a great lead in move to the more advanced snatch.
Hot Potato - This one is fun. A great exercise for core strength and shoulder stability. Gets tough when the weights get heavy.
