I am mad, mad trainer too and I love this product. It's awesome. I got the Body Ease DVD too and do yourself a favour and buy it also. I am a hardcore strength trainer who gets very saw in the back and legs from the heavy squating and deadlifting this product seems to good to be true I accepted years ago that pain and recovery is just a fact of life when it comes lifting like a crazy animal but after the first session I felt like a new man I felt so fresh in my self the stiffness & pain in my back and legs was gone. this product is very heavy duty I am 100kg + of solid muscle and it still keeps its round shape the thing weighs 5kg so its not your typical foam. anybody who lifts hard this is a must if you want to recover super fast thank you australian kettelbells for importing this fine product keep up the good work guys.

Suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis i find the need to keep my body as happy as possible. Especially my hips and back. Nothing works better than a good roll on the itb and glute muscles to keep these area's pain free and movement unrestricted. I never squat without a good soft tissue session with the roller first.

Bulk movements (over 5kg)

• Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide
• Delivery within 2 days to Brisbane
• Delivery within 3 days to Perth

Locations outside capital cities will take an extra day or two.

Shipping Policy

It is a condition of shipping that goods can be left at location if no person is available at the time of delivery. If goods can't be left at location they will be taken back to the nearest depot.
