High quality power bands
The value of these bands really is extraordinarily understated.
Unless you've got access to a functional trainer, these are the next best thing - at a fraction of the price.

A home gym wouldn't be complete without them in my opinion.

Excellent gear
First time buying gear for my home gym and extremely impressed with these guys - the stuff arrived in 24hrs and was exactly what it was purported to be on the web site.

These bands are great stuff, extremely versatile and excellent for learning pull ups, muscle ups, HSPU's and just about anything else you can use them for. Also good for mobility work.

We find the bands to be an essential piece of equipment in the Monkey Gym. We use these to reduce body weight for beginners in exercise like chinups and pullups; to help the more advanced student learn muscle-ups; to allow partial bodyweight Iron Crosses to be practised on the Roman Rings; for changing the force curves of squats and deadlifts; and rotator cuff strengthening movements. One of our guys likes them for triceps pushdowns, too.

Excellent quality (but expect the yellow ones to wear out in time), and are absolutely invaluable training aids in our gym. Two thumbs up.

Bulk movements (over 5kg)

• Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide
• Delivery within 2 days to Brisbane

It is a condition of shipping that goods can be left at location if no person is available at the time of delivery. If goods can't be left at location they will be taken back to the nearest depot.
